You can PM me if you want lists of the mods I have, I have heaps of good ones. Make sure to take hundreds of screencaps! =) I hope you try these mods out and hopefully makes your gameplay experience better. Impact on performance is not even noticeable for me and plays well above 60+fps with all the mods above installed Smaller things like trashes, books aren't really tweaked but still makes the game looks better than the vanilla features. etc, detailed textures and lighting effects tweaked which looks nicer. HD Graphic enhancements - Adds a much nicer texture to enviroment models in the game such as trees, barriers, doors, walls. I want to point out that this mod makes the daytime maps looks a bit off but nighttime maps looks more realistic. I find that I don't have my flashlight turned on for 24hours with all these graphic mods installed adding a bit more realism to it, having to turn on and off the flashlight at the right time. Makes game look really nice =)Ĭolor Correction mod - a REALLY nice mod that makes the maps have way more realistic atmosphere, making it darker and looks realistic. It will give a way nicer skies at not even a slightest impact on performance.Ĭinematic Lighting Effects - makes lighting and some particle effects way more nicer and realistic at no cost of performance. Informal Skyboxes - a mod that makes the skybox way prettier. I will list down the mods that I have and found to make the game look pretty Decided to look for some mods that will make my game prettier even on medium settings and does not impact my performance. I have the Skybox mod that makes the sky looks way pretty and Cinematic Lighting Effects mod that makes lighting looks realistic but I wanted more. I play this game on a decent gaming notebook on medium settings with AA off well over 60+ fps. Yesterday I had a sudden urge to play a classic game by Valve, L4D2 again.
